1. Sample Packs (Digital Products)

  • Refunds: According to EU law, digital content is non-refundable once it has been downloaded or accessed, as these items are delivered electronically and cannot be returned. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital products.

  • Faulty Files: If you experience issues with the file (e.g., corrupt or inaccessible files), please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide you with a working version.

2. Clothing (Printful Fulfillment)

All clothing items are custom-made, printed on demand by Printful, and thus, certain restrictions apply under EU law for returns of custom-made goods:

  • Right to Withdraw: Under EU law, customers in Europe have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. However, this does not apply to custom-made products, such as our clothing items, which are produced specifically for each order.

  • Refunds:

    • We do not offer refunds for clothing items due to wrong size selection or a change of mind, as they are custom-made.

  • Exchanges:

    • We only accept exchanges if the item is damaged, defective, or there is a printing error. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days with photos, and we will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.

  • Lost Packages:

    • If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please reach out, and we will work with our fulfillment partner, Printful, to resolve the issue or replace the item if it is confirmed lost.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  1. Email us at with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Attach photos of any damages, defects, or wrong items received (if applicable).
  3. We will respond within 2 business days to arrange a refund, replacement, or further action.
